siramount provides mountain trail directories, interactive GIS topographic maps, checkpoint coordinates, elevation profiles, weather indicators, and logistics estimations. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Dynamic Mountain Environments: Trail conditions, water sources, and weather in high-altitude terrain change rapidly without prior notice. Data provided on siramount serves as an advisory guide and planning tool, not an absolute guarantee of terrain safety.
• Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk: Mountaineering and trekking involve inherent risks of injury, altitude sickness, hypothermia, natural hazards, or death. Users assume all responsibility for their own safety and preparation.
• Official Basecamp Registration: All climbers must register official climbing permits (SIMAKSI) at designated park authorities (Perhutani, National Parks, LMDH) and adhere to official trail regulations and park ranger guidance.

You may register an account using credentials or authenticate via Google OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may delete your account or revoke Google OAuth permissions at any time via your settings.

When participating in the siramount community (submitting trail reviews, ratings, photos, expedition stories, or climbing partner notices):

• You retain ownership of your original text and photography, but grant siramount a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the platform.
• You agree not to post defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• You agree not to use the “Cari Teman Mendaki” feature for commercial solicitations, scams, down payment (DP) fraud, or unlawful activities.
• siramount reserves the right to moderate, unpublish, or delete content that violates our community standards.

siramount offers premium subscription memberships (“SiraMount PRO”) providing exclusive access to high-definition 3D Flyover video exporting, watermark-free renders, and advanced topographic analytics.

• Pricing & Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) on a monthly (Rp 29,000 / month) or annual (Rp 199,000 / year) basis as displayed on our official pricing page at https://siramount.site/pro.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through Bank Indonesia-licensed payment gateway partners (Duitku) using standardized national QRIS (supporting BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA, and major mobile banking apps).
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Because SiraMount PRO provides immediate digital activation, fees are non-refundable except in cases of proven billing errors or technical failure on our server side where PRO features cannot be accessed. Refund requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase by contacting [email protected].
